Good! I was beginning to think no one enjoyed the books, because there were crickets chirping in here. I agree, it's hard to choose a best book...it would have to be between the 6th and 7th for me, just because of how everything turns around on them at the end.

Oh YAY!!! A harry Potter Thread, lol! Ahhh, I cant wait until the movie comes out. I think THe half blooded prince may be my fav book of all the series. Cant wait to see it how they do this part..

I remember reading HBP and on page 391 (UK version) I giggled endlessly. yeah, page 391, the middle of line 22 and the start of line 23. I LOVE YOU, J.K.!

Anyway, I can't wait for the movie. (:

I think the 6th is probably my favourite book.

I have enjoyed the films, but the books were by far better. I feel more involved in the books, and it seems more magical somehow Love it
However, that's what always happens with film adaptations.

I enjoy the films when i watch them (i put the books out of my mind).
And then a couple of hours later I give myself a while to complain about how different they were

I kid you not... Go and try it for yourself.

You can't even compare Harry Potter with Twilight:) I enjoyed the 3th and 4th book the most. And the end of the 7th. I loved how everything turned out! I just watched the 5th movie. The books are way better than the movies, it irritates me how many things they leave out. (What's obvious because you can't possible watch it all). The most sad moment of all was the funeral of Dumbledore, no doubt about it! What came unexpectedly was the death of Black, I really couldn't believe it! I became seriously angry at JK:P

I am addicted to the books and read them loads... We have about five copies of each.


I am such a HP geek that's I'm basically jumping up and down waiting for the film. I am SO excited. I was a book fan first, and still have pre-film merch, but the films are really amazing.

They have a new one! It was first Japanese, but they've now made it the American version, and stuff. Best one I've seen.

Agreed! In a series, I usually always love the first book the most. But the 6th and 7th book just really grab you by the throat and shake you around.

Books are usually better then movies, in my opinion, though I think they did pretty well on these. I waited in line at a store on the night it came out to buy it. Then stayed up half the night and read it, of course.
