How do I get it?
-Go to the library (30 min.)
-Play the games:
*Easy Puzzle
*Hard Puzzle
*Sudoku
Why do I need it?
-To level up
-To get certain jobs you need a specific IQ

Are you sure?
I can still go to the library and so can many others after they have 200IQ. Plus I'm sure someone posted somewhere saying that this rule had been lifted. 
Also, I don't mean to sound rude/disrespectful but isn't all of this in the MB guide?

Thought so.
They should have made a formal announcement or something because I don't think anyone really knows whether you are allowed or not, but this link will confirm that you can get IQ from the library after 200
