I just think that for whatever reason, last year cats bred like crazy. And now theres all these adults that got to be too much for people who kept them as kittens and they're just letting them loose all over. Cats don't really have a keen instinct to avoid cars driving right for them. It's not exactly natural.

I understand, I remembered driving reverse once to park my car outside my house, and there's this orange cat that doesn't move an inch, just behind my car, it only go away after I got down from my car and shoo it off... Like it couldn't tell where my car will go to...
