Painfull heals

i have a realy nice pair of 'tuck' shoes but after a few hours in them my feet always go all swollen and start rubbing ... i wouldnt mind but i normaly have the problem that my feet are too thin for shoes . I love these shoes alot and binning them isnt a option ... any ideas ?

You can get these gel things called 'Party Feet' which you put on the insoles and they make heels comfy.

They may not work all the time but they should ease the pain smile

You can put band aids on the places where they get rubbed. For me it's usually the back and in front kinda near the toes (not idea what that area is called!)
