Quite a few celebrities now have fashion lines out,
Whether its Victoria Beckhams jeans, Micsha Barton's headbands or Katie Prices lingerie line.
They are everywhere.
My question is, because it has a celebrity name tag attached to it, does it make you less inclined to buy it, or more inclined?
If VB's Jeans were a lot cheaper, say high street brand price would you buy them?

I already do wear Victoria Beckham jeans. They fit the best.
I never buy cheap jeans. Or cheap anything, really. I find that the more expensive things are, the better quality they are.

Oh yes definitely, especially when it comes to jeans i always think. so many jeans just do not fit right.

if they look nice and fit right, and of course arent alot of money I wouldnt care whos name is on them.
I used to care, and i used to be the person to not want to buy stuff with celebraty names on them, but i kinda got over that one

I think some clothing isn't good quality just because it has a designer name on. People just think it is good quality because of the price but certain brands just fall apart really quckly. Soooo annoying if you've spent loads on it!

I agree with you so much. Also lets keep in mind it depends on how you take care of the product and how many times you use it. The brand and the price does not equal the quality of the product.

To me it dosn't matter whose name is on it. It has to fit well, last long, and be affordable.
Unfortunately those three don't always go together.

I'm on the same page as you guys are. Quality does matter but so does care. Putting your clothes in the dryer is probably the worst thing you could ever do to them. Using a gentle cycle in the wash and hang/flat drying is going to give you a longer life for most things that you purchase.

Only name that matter is Wynjo. Just because it's epic win.
Okay, it doesn't really matter. Only reason I should buy special brands in general is because of the design.

I'm less inclined to buy a fashion line made by a celebrity, though if the jeans where comfortably and looked really nice then maybe i'd buy them. ;3

The label on an outfit really does not affect whether I buy it or not. The price, quality, and whether it actually looks good on does. Buying something just because a celeb stamped their name on it is silly. (Especially because you don't even know for sure whether said celeb actually designed it.)

i believe it depends on the celebrity
i am not a fan of victoria beckham or katie price therefore i would not buy their products if i had the money
i do however really like mischa barton's bag regardless of what she has been dressing in lately
i also like kate mos for topshop beacuse its eadgy, and twenty8twelve which is a clothing line by sienna miller and her sister
ultimately its about the stule of the products and the wuality and not somebody's name on it

I do like Sienna and Savannahs clothing line, they do some really nice pieces!

uhm, sorry if it sounds rude, but i think buying clothes for brand is stupid. i always buy cheap clothes from sales. they are nice and not-fashionable (yes, i hate wearing trends. i feel like a clone then). probably even if i had money to buy expensive clothes with famous brand, i would buy those cheaper.
i also wouldn't wear those 'celebrities' clothes, because i hate those celebrities.

it doesn't really matter to me what the brand is on the clothes
i usually find sale clothes and make an awesome outfit from it and people always comment on my unique style!

I tend to buy clothes on what they look like, how they fit, and if they're reasonably priced. Brands don't usually enter into it... I'm not particuarly fashion-conscious!
I'd probably rather not wear celebrity-branded clothes, even if I did like them, however, because it's a bit like being a walking advert! I might consider buying them if they were perfect and the celebrity's name/brand wasn't too obvious on the item of clothing. So, in answer to the question, I believe I'd be less inclined to purchase something from a celebrity fashion line.

I just mix and match. I'd never go out head to toe in designer items and the same with high street clothes. Although I must say most of my clothes are from Topshop and River Island. I used to only buy designer jeans but I love H&M jeans now, they're such a good fit
