Surgery - before and after.

I've seen a few people asking about the difference before and after the fact lift and breast enlargement surgery. So here it is. smile

Initially I wasn't sure if sweetasnuts was Chris because the posting style seemed different. But in no time at all his dickhead attitude and complete lack of wit told me it was him.
Chris, you should realise that the best thing about this game are the people on the forum - they even design better clothes for crying out loud! You drove a lot of good player's away last time you were here and you've done it again now. Where did you get your first? Clown college?

A lot of people were saying how they couldn't notice much of a difference, but I definitely can, especially those lips! Not a huge fan of the before ones.

on the face surgery i was noticing little thing that are different and trying to find the one i new was making a difference. Notice the shape of the nose is COMPLETELY different.
On the boob job before one of the boobs (left) looks deflated and after they look like footballs tongue!

I LOVE the face after the facelift, but i don't really like the breast after the boob job that much. A tiny bit too big? Well, the left one at least.
I would have liked to get the ability to make them smaller afterwards.
And btw, why do we HAVE to take the surgery to level up? It is a little wrong, like Sherrilee said. But it isn't that important for me. smile
