Re: A clothing Trade room

Even if you need the clothing for certain goals, it'd be quite fun to be able to get new oufits if you can trade clothes, especially if you're on a low budget.

I love this idea (:

Ok, I think we should have a 'room' where players can trade any unwanted clothes and players can search for an item  (eg. skirts) and it shows all the tradable clothes. If you want to trade then you can say which clothing you want to trade for what. Then the other player can receive a message saying they have a trade offer and then they say if they refuse or accept..

I would like that in the future would you?

Yeah, that would be cool. Like neopets smile

Re: A clothing Trade room

how about trading clothes at nines like they do in stores. say you dont want some clothes, trade them at nines for something else of equal value or less so that way you still have clothes to pass levels but you also get rid of the ones you dont want anymore smile

sorry if someone has already suggested it sad

Re: A clothing Trade room

There is no use doing this. A thrift store would be stupid(no offense) because you need clothes for higher levels. Plus selling the clothes at the thrift store wouldn't gain you money. Other players aren't going to buy something they can get for cheaper at Nines. Plus trade rooms would be unfair because you might get a more expensive piece of clothing and the other person might get a really cheap piece. Might as well just save up and buy what you want. Sorry but this idea has been brought up and rejected many times in the forum. I think if you actually thought about it you would realize that this idea isn't logical and it won't be considering the goals for higher levels.

Re: A clothing Trade room

I think it is really good idea. I would add only one rule - trading items needed for goals would be not allowed. And that's all. ^^

Re: A clothing Trade room

i like the original idea of just trading clothing. this way you are technically not losing any amount of clothing, because on higher levels every piece of clothing counts
^That is why selling our clothes is not a good idea cause you need alot of clothes to pass higher levels

Re: A clothing Trade room

Selling clothes would be a good idea. Yeah it's true that a lot of clothes is needed to pass higher levels, but thats each individual players' problem. But they shouldn't have to keep an item of clothing if they don't want it. Either way no one loses.

Re: A clothing Trade room

I'd like to sell the bimbo in the early stages clothes that no longer use more or that I do not like.
they need and they would at a lower price, as when we buy food and sell it, we could do the same for clothes, it would be really a great idea!!

It is logical, and it is useful. Here's why:

- clear out your wardrobe
- bargain hunt
- make some money - no, not compared to the price if this item at Nines, but compared to 0 if it just hangs, as it were, in your wardrobe unused
- make somebody happy by giving them a gift

I have more than enough clothes to pass all the goals, and even if I sell/give away the ones I don't like I'll still have enough.
People who don't like having the trade option, feel free not to use it.

I just love this Idea. I have more than 50 clothes I don't use. I will never use, and I want to give them away. mb trade to someone. mb sell for 50% less. mb just give them away at nine's without having my money back. I don't care. Just too many fashion victimes in my wardrobe. It looks like a mess. mb dollphane or someone will finaly flick through our desires?

I also have a closet full of clothing I will never put on, I got it because it was cheap and I wanted to compleat a level,

NEW suggestion

A "storage" or "back of closet" space where you can put any of your owned clothing in. so face it, we all a real spot in our homes, where we keep those clothing we will/never get rid of. So our closet can be just like when we really open our closets, and it would help those who use a cell phone, because we can't see pass the first ten items smile
