So does it make more sense to buy and just stick with your flat/house until it's 0 or buy and sell every so often?

Its better to buy in the long run but I wouldn't buy anything before level 30 since you will have to rent/buy different flats as goals. Maybe the cheapest one though. You can still live in the flat if its 0, it doesnt matter, you house doesnt need to have value smile

hope this correct thread for my question if not my apologies..I have to buy the manson for lvl..and am wondering if i can sell it immediately after i lvl up or do i need to hang onto it a curtain amount of days to get my BD's back since it is soooo much

The only problem is that sometimes you get goals in new levels for renting/buying an apartment, & if you haven't already finished all the goals they give for it in all the highest levels, then you'll have to sell the house you bought, regardless of how much BD you spent on it originally. So I would think it would be a waste of money to buy an apartment until you've finished with all the goals that ask you to buy different apartments.

The house will loose 200 BD in value every day, so if you sell it after 10 days you have "lost" 2000.

No... the depreciation value is that you loose 200/day, you can sell it when you want.

Not sure if I m in the right thread but here s my problem. I first started to play miss bimbo for 2 years ; I ve played on and off  and the last ``off`` time was e few months i think but I alwayus paid my VIP just in case.  I ve bought plenty of furnitures , had a 3 rooms appartment ( think i was renting)  but a few days ago i felt like re-decorated my appartment and i got badly surprise to see that my house was empty...Worst; I didnt even had a house anymore; I was back to my parents. But the worst part ' to me ' is that I spent a lot of money to get plenty of furnitures and it was all gone too! Nothing! Not even a lamp in my stock room!
Can anyone help me understand what happened?
