It will not take you MONTHS, but it might take you one month or so to save up. You earn at least about 3000 BD a day don't you?
Many Bimbos have done it, so I bet you could as well.

if you own it for a long time then you won;t get BD back.

if you see the first post it tells you how much BD you lose each day you own the house.

but I've bought the one-roomed flat and owned for a month or so; it was worth 9.000 the day I sold it; and today it's the second day I didn't get my money for it; guess I'll have to contact support

The bathrooms have not been added to any of the apartments yet so no-one knows if they will be available to every place or not
