You are at a very low level. Try challenging someone at a lower level than yourself. Put on your most expensive cloths, jewelry, handbags, all of it. You should also work on your Bimbo attitude this also helps in challenges. Hope this helps you and good luck.
Edited to say challenges are based on the price of your cloths and your Bimbo attitude.
