I am a 23 year old woman and I really want to start my own business. A small neighborhood bakery. I have heard that women can get some good rates on loans, etc. i would love to know of some good websites or books to help me get started.

Certain banks will allow you to take out a loan. You could go around an ask different ones. Have you ever had experience in a bakery?
I worked at a bakery/coffee shop for two years and there's a lot to know and learn about the business. Feel free to PM me. I will see if I can find some websites for you.

entrepreneur.com has a lot of good information.
depending on where you live, there are probably organizations that can help you with finding loans and grants. if you live in the states, check out sba.gov, the website for the small business administration. right now learning about starting a business with any books you can get your hands on is a good place to start. starting a business takes a LOT of time and money. most new businesses (at least here) won't see a profit for at LEAST a couple of years.
