NO! All artificial sweeteners taste disgusting and it takes hours for the aftertaste to go away. Yuck! The safety issues don't bother me, you'd probably have to ingest massive amounts for any lasting negative effects anyway, I just don't understand how anyone can stand the nasty taste.

A friend of mine is a nurse and she told me about artificial sweeteners in early 80's, so I have always avoided them. Anything with the name diet on it is going to have artificial sweeteners in it. I tend to stick to natural. Stevia is alot better and all natural and you can find it at most health food stores. I stick to Ozarka Bottled spring water.

I dont normally add sugar to anything unless im making cakes or desserts and thats very rare. And when I do its normally just a Sugar lite version. Dont really see the point of there artificial sweetners, I guess the problem is in the name.
