It seems to be using a lot of foreign words, but they're generally (extremely obscure) English. English has twice as many words as any other language and borrows a lot.
No baby dragons to click at the moment.

Most of the words since the update are not in any dictionary. You might as well just scramble random letters for all the sense these words make.
