
In the higher speed topics, someone will post a reply. A few minutes later, someone else will reply, and the time on the post will say something earlier than the time on the previous post.

i think the time is when the poster started the post, not when they hit submit. therefore, if it takes me 10 minutes to post this, and three people post while i'm typing, their posts will be before mine, but my time will be before theirs....

Does that mean that if you use the quick post at the bottom that the time will be whenever you went onto that page?

hmmm. i really don't know if it matters if you use the quick post or not. i always just thought the quick post didn't give you the smilie options and stuff.
