Wordo?

It's on joeys to do list to change all the wordo words to proper english until then we're going to have to just put up with the strange words

I'm French, but I speak English A LOT, so I was offended not being able to find one !
But I see it's hard EVEN for English speaking people.

The other day I had Solito... Word I'd never heard of...

Does any one know a site which helps to solve crosswords ? Maybe this coup help.

I would like to think that I have a decent vocabulary and I've never even heard of most of these words.  Out of curiosity, I've started looking up the words in an online dictionary.  The last three words I've gotten aren't even real words!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I don't mind them using challenging words, but at least make them real words.

I got flaune and dictionary.com says there is no such word and I agree

Maybe we should get like dumber words or something because I hardly ever win Wordo. I thought it was just me and my stupidness!

i know that by posting about this, i'm not really helping the situation but I am just so glad that i'm not the only one frustrated by this! I finally had the last straw when i got 'grames' today as an answer. I looked it up in my webster's dictionary, as well as dictionary.com, and my failsafe wiktionary.org. found nothing. Finally google found a definition-

'grames- [n] Last name, frequency rank in the U.S. is 27637.'

I thought maybe because it was miss BIMBO they're supposed to be stupid made up words...

This week alone I've got FLAMMS, DILDAM, and EEGHIS

It's almost like mastermind with letters in its complete randomness of made up words.

But if it got fixed up it'd be great

I checked the words I got in the last few days online and none of them are real words! The words we had before were rare but at least they were actual english words... Today I got 'berley' and 'naoses'.

I don't remember using BRANLE or HARELD in a sentence in the last year. I think the criteria for Wordo should be - is an ordinary well-educated person likely to have used the word in the last year? (lol - even the Miss Bimbo dictionary has those words underlined as incorrect!)
