they are dakota rose and kiki kannibal. Well those are their online names. I'm not sure if there is some rule about advertising or bla bla but basically if you google their names you'l find out lots about them. They are kind of famous within the virtual world of online networking, they make their own jewellery too etc! Those are quite old pictures of them though so they don't look like that now that they'v grown up abit!
btw if i'm not allowed to mention things like google then i'm sorry. Im not sure if its allowed or not

I had my hair like this for ages but with the opposite way round. I had really really dark brown short kinda emo-y hair (even though I'm anything but emo) with white blonde stripes. It looked totally hot.
I think it's an amazing hair style! I'd totally use it.
