Hating The New Bimbo (but don't want to spam the questions thread?)

Im not too sure how i feel about my bimbo's new look. I really think we should have atleast been warned about her changes. She was a lot more unique before, now she looks like dolls on other sites. But I think maybe we should give it some time to get a little more used to before we all say how much we "hate" the new look. Someone had to have worked hard on her new look and it wouldn't be nice to bash that.

New bimbo is awful...

Why? Why they did this? 
Do the author of this game lost his eyesight?

I am not sure if I still want to play it...

I love everything ! they have done such an amazing job ! I would like my old bimbo's face and pose but I'm sure I'll get used to it

So i went to change her outfit and the clothes dont fit with the new pose She has a hand mark but no hand, lol.

I am just going to post my previous concern in here since my thread was closed :

This new doll design concerns me, Not in regards to the fact that it is a very drastic change and that the character now looks like a Bratz Doll...  But in regards to past queries, concerns and critism's surrounding the site about the vanity, shallow appeal and negative images that this site may portray.

Before the character atleast looked like a young woman, now it looks more like a young girl, and while i realise that the sites target demographic are mainly steered towards teens and young adults.  It shouldn't be discounted that older users take part in this game.

In my own opinion this character image does nothing but raise the concerns again surrounding the negative image issues the Miss Bimbo site was previously trying to playdown and deny.  As now the characters literally do look like 16 year olds with boob jobs.



P.S. Apart from the character i actually love the new look of the rest of the site. ^^

However, i can't promise they will be answered because we mods really only know as much as you. Hopefully admin will make an announcement but it's 1am here so i doubt it will be tonight.

MissDreamon if you spread the world that there is now a ranting thread i would appreciate it and i will ask the other mods to keep it open. All other threads on this subject will be closed. I will be watching this thread so try not to break any rules!

Try to go easy though because the new designer, Stephane, will be gutted when he sees all this.

I really don't mind all of the new design, I think the new hairdos are quite cute actually, but I really don't like the new face I find it's large size disturbingly neonatal which is creepy on a sexualized thing (like my bimbo) I'm hoping that perhaps the new designer will amend her design to be more in keeping with the original.  I also think that entirely redesigning the bimbo is probably more work than it should be for the design team.

I think perhaps keeping the old bimbo, and old wardrobe and having new additions made by the new designer might have been a better policy.

My person is suddenly black and looks like a fish. The eyes are way too big and way too low on the face.. I agree with the bratz doll comment. It's way too childish/cartoonish looking now.

I also feel as if, even if the site was going to change no matter what we should have been told, virtual pets (and I think bimbos essentially are virtual pets) are a personal thing.

We grow to care for, and love them, and when we suddenly don't recognize our "special little gal" it's quite upsetting.

I wish I'd been told before hand so I could have gotten screen caps or something to remember her by.

things shouldnt have been brought up so quickly, and without warning.
none of the clothes really fit, and since the new "bimbos" have different
poses/ huge heads everything doesnt look proportioned right.

As I think I said, I feel as if the site is now more geared to children, which disturbs me as there are still themes (like sugar daddies) which I don't think are at all approprite for very young girls to be seeing in a positive (even if humorous) light, because although some kids will get it (most likely the ones with more parental guidance) there are other's without the benefit of that explanation and guidance who are impressionable and vulnerable to such a thing.

As an adult woman who's coped with an eating disorder, and had some very skewed views on romance and sexuality that took years to resolve, I think this is highly inappropriate and I'm ashamed to see it.
