This is wierd, but, how do you pronounce nines?

I always pronounce it neens, so it sounds more french. Do any of you pronounce it like 9's?

"nines", like neens, because this site was originally french right? And the french way of pronouncing "i" is "ee", like "bisoux", which means like hugs and kisses is pronounced "beezoo".

Since nothing else on this site is French (unless it's by mistake), I'd say it's pronounced the English way. You should say it however you like though.

I see it as 9's because I speak English, but you're probably right in saying that it's "neen's" since this stemmed off of the French site. I just have a hard time seeing it that way! lol
