hi I just got back from the gym. first of all you need to take a print screen. then you have to paste your picture in some sort of editing programmelike paint or photoshop. then you edit if you want to and then save somewhere. I use this dite to upload my picture www.imageshack.us. select upload for messageboards and then search for the picture you want. lastly paste the link here in the forum.
