congrats everyone!! what great outfits i was really impressed!
'specially the winner, so classy and pretty!
i must say though, you all must have better legs than i do, if you think "everyone" can wear skinny jeans and short-shorts!! *does 10,000 lunges quickly* haha!

LOL haha
That was my only critique.
I thought some of the outfits were creative.
I myself am plus sized and I would NEVER wear skinny jeans or shorts with tights. My mother is a plus sized model, she has NEVER worn skinny jeans on the runway.
It's just my opinion that some of those items dont look good with EVERY body type.

in my opinion skinny jeans look amazing on every girl if u wear it with high heels
in Poland skinny jeans are really popular people don't care what size they wear they fell good in this jeans so they wear it
thanks girls i'm really suprised that I won there were a lot of bimbos who look better then my outfit.

haha it's not the BOTTOM of my legs that i'm worried about! i think a lot of it has to do with fit though: a really well-fitted pair of skinny jeans probably COULD look good on anyone. in any case, the outfit is beautiful!

Heels make skinny jeans look fantastic. I was just thinking that just about every plus sized person I know has larger thighs( in rare cases not)
I dont know any woman who is plus sized who wears skinny jeans or shorts with tights. It wouldnt really be flattering to her figure.
Thats all I was saying.

i agree with you, it definitely wouldn't be my first choice. i made a point to avoid skinny jeans and shorts in my entry, with the thought that lots of girls (particularly plus-sized girls) are uncomfortable with their thighs. i'm not plus-sized, but i definitely sympathize with NOT wanting my thighs on display. i feel like a sausage in skinny jeans!
i guess i focused on the wrong ideas though (i made an outfit that i thought brought out the best in both boy-shapes and plus-sized), i didn't even make the top group! and i used to work in the fashion industry... i'm kind of ashamed, maybe i lost my touch haha!

Dont be ashamed.Which one was yours?
I was felt silly because I was trying to find something that complemented EVERYONE'S shape.
I used to make my own clothes and other peoples,so I felt silly.
Anyway I was going to say dont be ashamed,it just means she was looking for something different

Hello.... I am never one to bite my lip....so here goes......I am a plused sized woman.....i am confident enough to wear skinny jeans but most brands dont make allowances for women with larger thighs, that is why I make made to measure garments....alot of the women in the contest assumed all large women want to hide away...and alot of plus sized designers assume the same......a good mate of mine is also plus sized and the look on her face when she found a pair of skinny jeans that fit her was priceless.......The Annabel Botham brand is about frump free clothes with edge......The women in my top 20 understood and expressed it to the fullest

And thats fine,no one says to bite your lip, because I dont bite mind either.
I chose clothes that werent necessarily trying to "hide away" my bimbo but were flattering to her shape.
It's not All about Confidence.
Because I am a very confident woman,When I go out I know I look good in what I wear.
But its also about looks good on your shape.
Maybe some plus sized women can pull off skinny jeans but man cannot. They aren't for every size. Also in America where we begin our plus sized is a little bit different from Europe I believe. If your a smaller plus size( I know some consider a size 8/10 plus size, I do not) depending on your body type skinny jeans/shorts with tights might look ok. Most bigger plus sizes can't pull off skinny jeans.
The top 20 that understood, did they win anything?

this is why i love fashion it is all just a matter of opinion......i understand what you are saying...BUT what clothing line is catering for the woman with large thighs and calves and does not care for the opinion of others but cannot find skinny jeans tht fit properly....NO ONE really...if i look in the mirror and love the city shorts and tights look i will wear it....not to prove a point but because i like it and feel good in it.
As i said in my brief i tweak elements of the design to suit the clients needs i.e adding sleeves making things longer or shorter etc etc .....
i am a 18 on the top....14 to 16 on the bottom...lol i am a 'plus' size chick...(i would loooove to irradicate this term from ppl vocab)
also not everyone in the top 20 has contacted me
