New goals perhaps????
They could like have a goal that our bimbo's just broken up with her bofriend and goes on a two day drinking binge drink two day's worth of wine and drink from the shops in your underwear.
Then the effect of that would be the bimbo's weight has gone up happiness has gone down and her body and face have changed.
It could be seen as a way of showing the effeccts of binge drinking in females and also be seen as a way of promoting drink awareness
Then another goal that our bimbo is depressed from all the drinking increase her happiness to 120% and bring her weight to 127lbs.
It would mean though that alcohol would be sold in the shops.
Just a thought

Yeah, we could then have a black market for fake ideas and bimbos making and selling their own lol or you could rent your fake id for the weekend. In fact an I.D. should be needed for the club.
