Well if we were supposed to do predesigned bimbos, This is my entry.
I think Zolene was the best one out of all the winners, she was the most blingtastic. Oh well, congrats anyways to the winners.

The winner is disappointing at best. It doesn't take any creativity to use a prefabricated outfit.
Not to mention the goddess dress showing up.
Yeah. The 5th runner up was the best outfit and should have won.

I really don`t understand where the 'bling' is in most of the winner outfits. Zolene was great though. I know that is hard to make a decision when you have to choose from a LOT of bimbos, but I would appreciate if the theme [!!!'bling'!!!] would have been taken in consideration.
Congrats anyway..
I agree with this.
Or maybe I misunderstood what bling was supposed to mean!

Could you please tell me where I could find those pre-designed outfits? cause I don't really know. And I wouldn't like to register with one of them in the next contest. Please..
There is a list of them here

I *think* (from what I've been told) that the ethers, jerrica, gahdrielle and maybe another i've missed (Trissy?)were the winners from a design contest on the french site a while back.
If the ethers outfit had won the funky punk style contest I'd understand.
But bling? In duel coloured ripped stockings?
Hmmmm

I am dissapointed in this too, I was expecting that the designers want new inspiration, and something original. Something what people wear or should start wearing! and the theme "bling!", sorry guys that I am being mean, but how are some of the winner outifts, bling?! I apologize for my saying, it's just that every minute of the week I was checking to see the winners, and I am dissapointed now. I was expecting something else. But I gotta admit that Zolene's just rocked! she deserved the 1st place, in MY opinion...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it is not up to me to judge how others define their standards.
All of the outfits were gorgeous, even those that didn't win prizes... so I would like to say CONGRATULATIONS to everyone. Winners, runners up, and everyone who entered in this contest! You were simply stunning.

Although the Greek outfit is pre-fabricated I don't think anyone can say it's not bling - I'm actually surprised it didn't win considering it fit the criteria. Anyway, congrats to the winners.

Congrats to the designers.
If everyone is so upset by the predesign thing, there could be a revolt. The next contest everyone could enter the $1 per piece, Betyboune's outfit.

well done everyone!!

Thanks, I really appreciate that; I would hate to think that overshadowing the results based on indiscretion and contempt, could have, and has proven the enjoyment of play, becoming a epoch of shallow resentment and persecution. It's a game; enjoy the fact we can come together under a blanket of style-amusement and fashion sport, and carry out our needs as the love of playing "dress up" and reveling in the gleeful act of indexing our paper dolls, has become a happy occasion for us all and together present a warm hearted arm to an embraced bond of collective panache and an appreciation for design and technique, no matter who showcased it.

You're aware that other people said the same thing as me, correct?

it took her so long to decide that she liked a pre-designed, ready-made outfit?????? and where is the BLING?
Zolene- you should have had this.I agree! I thought these contests were supposed to promote creativity. But seeing the winner, is about buying the pieces for a whole already existing outfit and not following the contest theme... Zolene had a really great outfit, congratulations!
totally agree - don't think this contest was fair at all - we all tried to be creative and we should have just entered a pre-designed outfit!!! anyways congrats to the winner and runners up (even though i think that zolene should have won - fab outfit!!!!!!)

I agree with all who've protested the contest results. I think they need to make a new rule- that Nineland's pre-designed outfits aren't allowed for contests.
And yeah, Ether27 is really blingin'.

WOW - ok congratulations to the winners!!
Next time I don't think I'll try so hard

i don't care that the winner was wearing pre-designed outfit as much as i care about how it, well, in my opinion, doesn't quite match? or maybe it does - but it looks kind of easter bunny like to me. not that i don't commend the designer for trying, congrats. it's just, where is the bling?
perhaps next time the contest will be more structured in what their definition is of whatever theme they choose. more rules will also help the judge(s) to eliminate entires and make the process easier.
i know its a subjective thing, but the "bling" theme was incredibly skewed from what it seems like many, myself included, perceived to be.
well, i look forward to the next contest.
