Bimbo Recipes or Food Forum

Alright, we currently have a thread for food, cooking & recipes going in the Body section, but even though its in the infamous body section it seems to be getting a really great response.  A different bimbo suggested this there so I'm bringing it here for the mods & admins to see.

I think it would be absolutely fantastic if we had a cooking board!  If that is too narrow in scope, a "creative" board would be nice (for arts, crafts, cooking, etc).  There are so many women on this site with so many varied interests, that to be able to share thoughts and ideas on something other than fashion (especially if it was something creative and personal) would really make this an even better community.

Another user (Adacatcher, I think) has suggested a recipe book--I don't know if we could do that BUT again, I think it shows there's a lot of interest in creating a food community!

Thanks for reading!!!

Re: Bimbo Recipes or Food Forum

You know, I agree that the scope of a 'food' section would be too narrow, but I think an 'arts' section would be nice. Then everyone would have a place to talk about their hobbies and creations.

Yeah, I agree. I don't have any talent outside of the kitchen, so being able to see or hear about other people's creations is really great. We females do like things other than fashion.. But even then, if its an arts and craft section, people could show off clothes they've made and share patterns.

And I know all three of us would be extremely active in the food section.

Re: Bimbo Recipes or Food Forum

To be honest I see no need for any addition you have a thread about the cooking why do you need any other place to discuss it?

As for other hobbies you make a thread about it and there you go!

Children already know that dragons exist.

It would be nice to be able to post in a board instead of having monster threads spawning and having to do a search to find others who have similar hobbies.

I have to disagree with you there. I fully believe it would be beneficial to the community here to have a central location for users to discuss their hobbies.

OT: Welcome to the boards, TamTami.

Re: Bimbo Recipes or Food Forum

OT: Thanks, Adacatcher. smile

I'm not sure if this is off topic or not, but if we had a Crafts board, I know I would love to talk about knitting and sewing as well as cooking. I see these as being topics that I could discuss elsewhere, but I would like to talk about with my fellow Bimbos.

Re: Bimbo Recipes or Food Forum

This has been suggested before, but again I support it. Food, as a section, could lead anywhere, it has a fantastically wide scope, as discussed in the previous one =]

Hum....
How do you know if an admin likes your idea?

how about if they hate it?

Or do you just wait to see a change in the site one day...

Not sure, Nemaine... I think you just log in one day and get pleasantly surprised.

BTW, my dramaz have been rectified. I are vindicated! *happy dance*
