Big mistake?

In a spur of the moment level 3 decision i gave my bimbo a facelift, will i have to give another one for the challenge goal later on?

That wouldnt be good as

a) Im scared of the fat cheek bimbos ive seen, how did they get like that?

b)It was expensive!

Ive heard you can only have i done once in the game, but apparently i can have it done again....is this a bug?

Well I can tell you that I got a facelift, because it is one of your goals at level 9, but you can definitly not get a second one.
I think it appears that you can get one, but if you actually click on "Face lift" it says "you already had this operation".
The fat bimbo only happens when her weight is over 140 or something, and for another level you actually make her "fat" but as soon as you loose weight again, her face becomes normal.

Only one face lift per game, it will be "achieved" when you reach the level that needs it.
Fat cheeks are only on those bimbos who doesn't have face lift yet.
Bimbos who have face lift, their face just widens a little, but still looks beautiful smile

actually fat cheeks are bimbos who, as said before, weigh more than 140 pounds
