Hmm, okay... I think I'm going to take one anyways, and even if I can't talk properly at first, I'll just have to be patient I bet it's just fine for most people, otherwise people wouldn't have it

I dont have one, but i have had my nose ring get pulled countless times.
And i would imagine it would hurt more for it to be a tongue.

i used to have 3 piercings on my tongue it was an ultimate party in my mouth!!! then i got bored, and took them away about a year ago or so.. still one of them is "open", tho everybody says that a hole in tongue closes within few hours
loved the piercings, but there's a time and a place for everything, my time as a punkprincess is gone ;D princess as a joke, i dont have that thing you girls have.. umh..

My piercing would definitely close. I never take out any of my piercings for long anymore, only to clean them. My nose and lip piercing closed, even though I've had them done for over a year

Ohh yeah it was my top lip (Medusa piercing) that closed up pretty quickly. I ended up piercing it myself, I wasn't going to go and spend the money again

tongue piercings arent that great. belly buttons better

I love toungue piercings i have one although i thought about getting another one, but it's too much hassle and it's too much for a girl ,but my ex boyfriend had 3 piercings and it looked great plus they're not that painful when you actually pierce your toungue, the bad part is you aren't allowed to eat dairies for 2 weeks and for the first week you won't be able to eat any hard food, it's a bit painful, i ate for a whole week only tomato soup and fish fingers, oh and a really soft mashed potatoe:))) but it was worth it, i have it now for almost 3 years and don't plan on taking it down

do you run your fork through your tongue when eating? when I eat my fork just eventually touches the tip of the tongue....

i really want a tongue piercing, lip piercing ( i had one when i was 14 but i took it out coz it got infected), or an eyebrow piercing lol
