they were drunk and thought it would be kewl... they left them in for a few days before teh took them out as it kept bleeding... or so i'm told

But no, things like that never cross my mind when I'm drunk, or sober for that matter. I have all the holes and painting I want and need and couldn't inflict pain on myself quite in that fashion. hehe

I seen them, it looks alright but I never would do that to my body. I knew this young lady-20 years old, I seen here again a few months later and she then had 3 in her tounge! Was showing them off to me, she said its harder to say words right when they are in. She has tattoos also.

Whats going to happen to these gals when they get older, are they still going to like their body? Seems like too many think they never get old or change.

If you going to do something like that, I think a nose ring is a safer bet. That looks cool too and if you change your mind later on, your nose will heal up, not sure about your tounge, maybe it would too.

Edit...when I say nose ring, I mean like a little diamond in the side of your nose, not a ring! Thats freaky.

yeah same, and i alwasy wanted one, but it hurt and stuff and i wonder how its gonna look when i grow up, or maybe boys wont like it,, but id love to kiss a guy with tongue piercing content3

The tongue heals up if you take the piercing out. It's the one place that heals better than anywhere else.

You don't feel a tongue being pierced so its not painful at the time, only after!

I think tongue piercings are fine, but I think it's ugly when people play with them! They kind of distort their face and their lips stick out or they have their tongue out and it's moving around! Not pretty! It also seems like it would get in the way when eating!
