Jerrica's clothes Level 15

I just started level 15 and am working on the goal "Save an outfit with Jerrica clothes.... To help you on your way we'll give you the beret, necklace, belt and bag." 

Did anyone else have problems with getting the "free" Jerrica items?  I only received the beret so far.  I have logged out and back in but that didn't change anything.  I was wondering if it takes a few days - like possibly you receive one free item a day until you have all four free Jerrica pieces?

I am NOT complaining by the way, I am just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.  I have no problem buying the last few missing items, but of course I want to save money any way possible if I can.
