I was wondering if anyone had this. I've been toying with the idea of buying one but I've heard mixed reviews about it so I was wondering if any of you guys had an opinion on it.
Also is it true you need to know your blood pressure cos I've heard that you do need to know it?

It's only £22 from Asda comes with a pedometer too.
I'm only going to buy it because a silly machine is going to motivate me to walk a little more.
Hehe..save petrol, start walking.

Ooh great, I'm getting a DS for my birthday and saw this game advertised on TV.
I'll definitly ask for it

Make sure it comes with the pedometer.
The only drawback is after about a month (if you use the pedometer everyday) the battery gets a little flat and id cost you about £4 to change the batts... it's great though if you're a junk food junkie who want to change your lifestyle..

What kinds of challenges and motivation? o_0

You have to do one challenge a day. For example: walk 3000 steps... and you do that with the pedometer or keep the salt shaker in your kitchen cupboard.
Also there's what they call a minute challenge, such as drink a glass of water, or do the dishes.

I don't do Amazon. I've got 3 friends who used to shop with them. Anyway, found out later their details were sold to some company in America and then their credit cards were used on some shopping spree, Good job the bank noticed the erratic shopping pattern...
