Looks like she needs steak and chips and a lot of it. Have you tried the therapist as well?
If shes well fed and happy she shouldntlook like this so try feeding her more. I have heard the medicine makes them sicker sometimes too. Get her weight to about 127lb.

Try feeding her and sending her to the therapist. For future reference don't let her get that skinny again. Keep her weight around 127lbs unless a goal states otherwise.

how much is her current weight?

why didn't you feed her??? I mean that is just as important in this games as leveling up or winning challenges you have the money buy her some pills.

You can help your Bimbo as people have said above. If you continue to not feed her or let her happiness drop she may die. This unfortunately will cost even more BD to get her going again. (sorry if I made her sound like a car!)
