You need to go to the beauty centre and have body scrubs until your skin is as white as white. You will probably need to do it several times.

Yea- you'll need one scrub for every tan you've gotten, plus one more.

beauty - beauty specialist - uv room - scrubbing
then click "confirm". you can only scrub once a day. do this everyday until the level is completed.
