blue and turquoise is not such a bad combination, but in this case i would say they both clashes. it sort of creates a strain on the eyes of the beholder. what do you guys think?

Thearticles of clothing look fine together imo, but I agree that the blue is a little hard on the eyes 
Personally I'm a bigger fan of darker colors or more earthen tones.
All in all I thin the outfit works out, just gonna be hit or miss individually with the colors.
