question
at level 6 cause i have a goal for 4000 BA i made the facelift and the breast operation. and in the clinic is said that only one time in game they can be maked. but now they are available to make again?!?!?! i think that is strange.

well they aren't really. when you select for instance face lift the option will no longer be aviable for you. it will say "you have already had this operation". it's not possible as of yet to make the same operation more then once.

if you actually click on it it will tell you that you have already done it and it will not let you do it again

yeah i know that but when i go to the clinic it just says have this operation like i never done it . i'll try to log out and log in maybe it will be ok then!
