Ic cannot go over 200?
I saw some users' bimbos have higher, but mine is stuck at 2oo

You can only get 200 from the library. You can gain more by playing games.

You can no longer go to the library after 200 so you have to rely on puzzles for a higher IQ. Mine's on 216.
