I been trying to sort out flights and Easyjet are doing my head in!

I was on the pohne for 28 minutes earlier trying to speak to a person, and do you think I could? no bloomin chance! Ahhhh! 28 minutes of a machine asking me to tell it what I wanted! Like it could possible know, and it says for help, say help. So you say help and the poxy patronising thing tells you what you have to do! Ahhhh! As if I didn't know I say the option you tell me to, as you have just told me 10 flamin times!!!! So so so so so so so so frustrating! I just so nearly threw my computer and the phone! Is it really too bleeding much to ask to speak to a person? NO! It's just plane awkward and I am about to leave the office wanting to kill something! Lets just home he doesn't start up tonight, or we all know what it will be!
