No plastic surgery option

Considering some of the opinions regarding plastic surgery in real life at this thread,

I find it a bit odd that having plastic surgery is REQUIRED to advance past certain levels. Do women really need boob jobs to be the next it girl? Kate Hudson, as an example, has style and beauty and hasn't felt the necessity to augment.

SUGGESTION: Find a way for those who don't wish to have plastic surgery to still be able to advance. I suggest a certain bimbo attitude level. Getting surgery gives your instant bimbo attitude. If you can get that attitude through other means, it shows your bimbo has the strength to go on without the surgery.

P.S. Anyone else cringe when they see some of the misshapen faces after the nip/tuck. They look awful!
