Allopass seems to have difficulty with many phone companies.
PayPal is more trouble free and has a dispute resolution mechanism.
If you can get a regular Visa or Mastercard/Maestro card or pre-paid or gift Visa, Mastercard/Maestro card in Demark you can use PayPal. In some countries you can get them at post offices and convenience stores.
