single or relationship?

I've been in a relationship for the last 5 years and we are planning on getting married. The funny part is that I am a single girl at heart that just happened to find something that works by accident. If it wasn't for this specific guy I would not be looking for anyone. I think we work b/c I have the freedom to do what I want as if I was single (he does too) and I just come home at the end of the day to my best friend.

i am in a relationship for a couple of weeks now. he's just a wonderful guy.
I really needed that because I had some trouble with finding a nice guy before him
And it's nice to be so happy with him now

I dont think it really matters. In the end were only here to reproduce. Beeing a single parent doesnt matter too much , and beeing in a relationship doesnt matter to much. It depends what your views on life are.

im in a relationship but if im honest both being single and taken have there advantages.
A relationship is about sharing and giving, its about two people not one, every action needs to be considered. IT is for sharing experiences together which is lovely its nice to have someone there yet single brings u freedom, with no need to ask or tell ur thoughts before u carry them out but it can become very lonely. x x x

I've been in a long term loving relationship with my partner for over 5 and a half years now.
I would say that there are benefits to being single and being in a relationship- but i would say that the most important thing is to be happy with yourself and your life regardless of whether you are in a relationship or not. If you are never happy with yourself being single, then you could risk becoming dependent on being in relationships to fulfill the happiness aspect of your life, and this is never a good way to be. You need to like yourself and have self-confidence and be happy in life regardless of whether you are in a relationship or not, and it is completely possible to be this way even if you aren't in a relationship smile .

I currently in a relationship, but i think i prefer to be single.

I'm really love my boyfriend, but its more liberating to be single.

Honestly the plus of being in a relationship is the constant safe sex and the free food and excursions. Other than that i was more comfortable being single.

I think that is better to be in relationship. because you have person ho is hole time with you and person ho is there when you need someone!!!
but sometimes is better to be single...but I think that is better be in relationship!!

im single at the moment but heart broken.my advice to you is that when you fall in love make sure your not too young and make sure you stick to your morals.i love someone so much that it hurts.we were 2gether 4 14months but then he stopped loving me(well that what he said)we stayed best m8z afta that n we wre really close but it made me love him more.i have and had no rom 4 ne 1 else.when your young your more volunerable.go 4 someone who is happy with you not someone that changes you.its nice to be in love but it also good 2 have your girl time..good luck x

I'm married for quite a time now, but secretly wish i had waited and enjoy the single life before tying the knot. To me relationship means comfort, security, and knowing exactly how you're suppose to be.
Single means fun, excitement, unexpected, and no security. Wish i can be both married and single and have all the fringe benefits.
On the same note, not exactly sure what love is, and whether what i have for my hubby is love.

I prefer being in a relationship because you have a soulmate who makes you feel special and someone who is there when you really need them and you can confide in them. im in a realationship and i feel so lucky to have him. i can't see my future without him.

however being single gives you freedom to explore and hang out with your friends more and it gives you experience on what to do when your not in a relationship

Right now I'm enjoying being single. As a teenager being tied down isn't what I want and it's a lot more fun to enjoy life without a partner to tie you down. I've had relationships and the girls I've dated were lovely but each relationship was fundementally flawed. As for dating guys, well, when I find a one I want to date and who wants to date me then I'll let you know my feelings on that.

Relationships do offer comfort and stability but sometimes being a bit reckless and unsure can be exciting and an experience worth trying. However, as one of very few singletons in a group full of couples it can be rather annoying always being the odd number. I always get paired with our resident single gay guy which is a great laugh but rather saddening. Dishearting to watch everyone around you happy - and irritatingly snogging for most of the time - but the single life still has many perks.

Funny thing, i was scrolling through this post and got to your post when my hubby walked in and saw just the top half of the hottie's pic. Hubby jaws drop, i think for a split second there he thought i was looking at adult graphics (LOL). Again, love the hottie's pic. LOL, LOL Still can't get over my hubby expression. LOL

im ina relationship and im really happy and i love how hes always there for me no matter what and when i kiss him after when hes not around i smile really big and i also smile when he says my name and we have this little poking gamr cuzz im really ticklish in my sides and hes ticklish in his tummy so yeahh its really funn and he calls me babe all the time and i cant even remember what my life was like beforei wasint dating him and its lasted for 7 months baby i just personaliy think its better to have a boyfriend

I think both have good and bad points..

Im in a relationship now and loving it. Its really nice to always have someone there when you need someone to talk to.. You can call them when something goes wrong to make you feel better, or when something goes right so they can share your happiness.. and its great to have someone to hold and cuddle with smile

But its ok being single too.. when you are single you are so much more dependent on yourself, and it makes you stronger. You also dont have to make time for anyone but yourself, and you can do whatever you want. You also have more of an opportunity to go out and meet new people and have fun.

So be happy! Whatever situation you are in! hehe bisou

I am single but I date a lot
I love my male friends but I have not found the right one.
I was married many years ago but now I have fun finding Mr Right again. I love my life.
I date older and younger guys and I love the independents that dating gives me.
One day I might find that I am ready to settle again but for now I like what I have.

I always preferred to be single before I met my hubby. Now, I know what true love is and what near completion is. We have been together for 4 yrs. as of today and will be married 4 years in Jan. The last think we're going to do to make things complete is put an open marriage on my part of the marriage because I'm bi. We won't do it until we get settled back in North Carolina next years, but once we do, we are going to look for a female companion for me.. someone that we both get along with. That, to me, is the ultimate show of low. He told me that he could love me with all he has, but he can't be a woman for me. He wants me to at least try this so that I don't have to live life missing anything. To me, that is one heck of a husband. I couldn't love him more!!!
