sms code not working!
I bought 10000BD yesterday and got a code but they said the code was invalid. Bought a 2nd code and the same thing happened. I mailed the mods/admin and as usual, have got no reply and judging by how long they usually take, I'm expecting none for another 2weeks. I've got 2 useless codes I paid £6 for and no one to sort it. Just what the heck should I do? I'm seriously regretting spending any money on this game. I want my BD or a refund! I'm really angry!

how did you report it? did you PM the mods or contact support at the bottom of the page?
the mods will tell you this is the best way to report it.

It doesn't matter, you don't receive a reply, I've tried 5 times already, all different days and I'm waiting almost 2 weeks.

Mine hasn't worked and if I don't get a fix then I'll simply be reporting it to these people www.icstis.org.uk who will gladly place a big fat fine against the site.

The aministrators are busy with upgrades, redirecting mail to the support and there everyday lives you have to be patient and use the threads already made for missing money rather than keep making seperate threads on missing money or missing attitue blah blah blah.
