I am trying to advance to the next level (level 9) and the only goal I need to complete is the idulgent body scrub. I have tried over and over to go to the UV room and get the scouring done and even though I do that it doesn't let me go to the next level, and I have completed all the other tasks.
Please Help!

You have to be as white as possible - do the scrubbing, at least 2-3 times.
