Are any of the outfits necessary for any levels besides the Jerrica and Heroic Fantasy outfits? On one of the threads I read that the Ether outfit is necessary for one of the 20+ levels.

You also need the sailor outfit for one level smile
And, even if any of the outfits are required for levels over 20, you will have to wait to find this out for yourself when you reach that point of the game; as it is against the game rules to discuss the goals for that part of the game ^^

The Sailor Nine outfit is required in the mid-teens levels, but I can't think of any others.
