There are goals for some of the outfits. Level 13 requires you to get the Sailor Outfit for instance. Look here for more information about the goals and you can see which levels require outfits (this is just 1-20 as beyond that is a secret).

First of all thank you for the amazing thread smile

I have a question, I play also at the french site and wondered why the Heroic Fantasy outfit isn't fully available for me, I am on level 8 there and haven't got the pants, everything is there except the pants, I looked everywhere in Nines there, but couldn't find them. Are the pants in an higher level? I can't remember how it was here.

Sorry if I made some language or grammar mistakes, I'm from Germany smile
