Challenges are when you go up against another Bimbo and see how wins. Thre are stake challenges and no stake challenges. The no stake challenges do not count against you if you lose. On a stake challenge if you lose you lose your Bimbo dollars and ten percent of your stake in Bimbo attitude. If you win, you get the amount of the stake added to your Bimbo Dollars plus you get ten percent of that added to your Bimbo Attitude. You need to win a certain ammount of challenges to get past levels and they can be no stake wins.

Who wins depends on what each bimbo is wearing (how much the outfits cost), appearance (weight and health of the bimbos), and how much bimbo attitude each bimbo has.
Personally, I love doing challenges because I enjoy seeing what other people have done to their bimbos, and the outfits they have created. And generally I only do no stake challenges.
