What are your views on religion?

I agree with you there, we've got a similar concept of morality. And as Stig pointed out, I think the problem with religion is when people start to abuse their power and creating hierarchies within their belief systems.

I was discussing just the example you gave, not the concept itself.

Well I believe that everyone who has or who is going to post something here is very mature and value others and others opinion on life and the such no war will start here. It's about listening not war. Be considerate of others views and opinions because everyone one earth is different!!!

I do agree with you that problems could be caused by certain people who intentionally insult or demean somebody's religion (or lack of) just to be malicious. If nobody stoops to an immature level, I see no problem with this thread.

Thankz for the compliment and I do hope the others that wrote about the intellectual discussions get to see the immature side of these guys right now and who cant seem to be mature enough to discuss anything in a matter of fact on any level.

What makes you think that a thread on religion is bound to be a good discussion?  Imflammatory and argumentive, yes.  So if that's what you're looking for, yeah, it'll be a good discussion.
