Nip & Tuck - Face Lift
Ok so I just had to give my bimbo a face lift for level 9, she looks ugly now all gaunt and with a pointy chin.
I really don't like it
Update - altho with all this weight I have to put on her I don't think it will matter

I liked mine. I think she looks quite becoming.
Yeah, the chubby cheeks stink. I was so glad when I leveled up and they made me bring the weight down. It looks pretty ridiculous.

I am also starting to save for the Nick/Tuck. Is there any faster way to get money? I now have a boyfriend that gives me $150 a day, can I get a better one at this level, or am I stuck?
By the way, is there a good reason to get a boob job instead of a face lift? What does Bimbo Attitude do for you later on?

Oh, I thought you had to get both. If not, I will choose to get a boob job and save my Bimbo's pretty face. I really hate the face lift look too.

You're stuck with that one until Level 11 when you can get a new one (I can't wait he gives you $500).

You need to get a face lift at level 9 and I believe at level 11 you need to get a boob job.

I love how my little bimbo looks after her plastic surgery. All mean and bossy! Like a man eater or something. The boobs are a little big though. Coulda done without them.

I sure hope it counts because if I end up having to pay for a second one I'll never pass that level lol but right now I'm stuck on level 10 trying to dump my bf so it'll be awhile before I can find out for sure
