A lot of my guy friends just hoover down bags and bags of these (luckily my own boyfriend is not among them because he is vegetarian).
However, the smell is not appealing to anyone who isn't currently eating those, so give your mouth a swirl of mouthwash or pop in some gum.
At a party earlier, I witnessed a guy get called out for his rancid breath in front of a roomful of people for trying to kiss this girl who had been diggin' him.
Enjoy your munchies, but snack wisely.
(Obviously this applies to girls, dogs, mongooses and sword-swallowers who consume pork rinds as well. I'm real egalitarian like that).

That's a good point. I eat a lot of hummus, and I am in constant fear that someone will discover my halitosis before I can chomp some gum.

But I'm a vegetarian, so that might be why for me.

No dude, it's totally true for everyone!! I used to eat meat, but I never understood why I thought certain people just smelled yucky in a way that I couldn't put my finger on... and then I stopped eating meat and all people who ate meat started smelling that way to me. And I realized that the people who smelled bad to me before were just the people who ate a ton of meat all the time. Meat breath is sick.

Heh, that's funny. I'll remember that. Thanks, Minibrutus.
By the way, I can't remember if I've added you as a friend before or not, but I will now if I haven't already.

"Meat doesn't even smell?"
Do you have a nose?
Meat is one of the strongest smells.
And I'm not just saying this because I'm a vegetarian; it's known. That's partly why rotting meat smells so much worse than rotting vegetables.
I have a really sensitive nose, too, so I can also smell it more than most people.

Me too! That's got to be part of the reason I found them so vile.
