My art teacher has a real motivational poster that looks like these.

I laugh at it anyway.

Upload it to photobucket.com or imageshack.us or something like that, and then use the [IMG ] type of code that it gives you.

These are great.  The only one I've got is one that picks on the woman who had 18 kids.  It's kind of off color so I won't post it.  But these are great!

That term ("retards," along with "retarded") shouldn't be used so loosely (same with "gay"). It's not nice, unless you're talking about it in the appropriate context ("retarded" for someone who is actually mentally retarded, and "gay" for happy or homosexual) and not in a derogatory fashion.

That's somewhat true about the offensiveness as you said, but as Vampie said, "I thought they are supposed to make fun of people who believe in motivatinal crap."
Also, the French is one thing. But making fun of retarded people is not cool (or funny).
