guys: how can us girls tell if a boy likes us?=]

how to tell if a boy likes you:

1. he asks you out on a date. (i.e. he tells you you're the most beautiful girl in the world and he wants to buy you a ka-bab.)
2. he tells you he like you.
3. he really listens to you and remembers the details of your conversations.
4. he makes time for you or he wants to spend time with you.
5. he'll hold your gaze when you catch him looking at you, smile sheepishly and then turn away.
6. he proposes his unflinching loyalty to you.
7. he most definitely really really likes you if he asks you to marry him...but that can be creepy if you’re not in a serious relationship with him already, hehe.

if you're not sure ask, some boys are shy and some are just friendly, it never hurts to ask for clarification.  I'm sure there are a lot of other ways too.  I’ll make friendly jabs at people that I already know and like as friends, but never to strangers.  Keep in mind just because the boy likes you, doesn't mean he wants to be more than just friends.

It actually depends alot of age AND if they have any mental problem, imo...

Boys in school normally do the "shy looking away" and the "pick on and tease" act, like it was already stated before.
From there on things do get a bit complicated for some ladys and guys, I guess.

If they want to "gobble" you up, you WILL know. They will make sure you get the clue XD
If they actually like you, most will just have a normal relation with you, only making it clear when they actually tell ya " I like you" or something.
We will still have the neurotic ones, that will stalk you and state they are the only ones who REEEALLY know and in a point, they will scare the bits off ya.
Then there are the "too opened" types, who insult, bash, hug, have fun and love with everyone around them all day long. The mates, the nice crowd to hang around with, it will be harder to know if they like you or if you are just like everyone else.

How do you tell if a guy likes you. Before my boyfriend and I got together we would make fun of each other and be friends ,and hate each other, and be friends again.

You know he likes you, if he has a pulse. 

he will hit you in the head with a club and drag you into his cave.

i went out on a date the other day and he just kept staring at me and i asked him why he said because i really like you and u look pretty i thought that was well sweet

Please don't use "gay" as an insult or a derogatory term. It shouldn't be used as such since the only meanings for it are "happy" and "homosexual."

it is even in the dictionary is says it is now used as an insult

What dictionary?
I stopped trusting the Oxford dictionary after they added "bootylicious" to their dictionary. 

Here are a few signs that a guy may like you:

-Trying to have a laugh with you.

-Texting you about anything he can.

-Asking for your mobile number.

-Walking home with you.

-Looking at you whenever he gets the chance.

-Smiling at you.

-Glancing sneekily at you.

-Following you round trying to chat to you.

-Sending you messages on pieces of paper.

-Blushing around you.

And when he's probably trying to ask you out...

-Unable to speak to you.

-Getting his friends to ask you to go out with him.

-Trying to dodge you until he gets an answer. (When he gets a yes or no, he'll soon be round you again!)

A dictionary's job is not to be prescriptive (i.e., make judgments about how the language should be used) but to be descriptive (reflecting actual usage).  A language is a living, evolving thing and so a good dictionary will follow and record usage changes.  So, since "gay" really is used as an insult, it's proper for it to be listed in the dictionary.

However, that does not mean that just because an insult is in the dictionary, it's OK to use it on the forums.  I can think of some really nasty insults, racial and sexual slurs and whatnot, that are valid words in the dictionary -- but you are absolutely not allowed to use them if you want to be respectful and polite in conversation (as is required on the forums).  I believe that "gay" should fall in this camp.
