Look at your ba and then go to the challenge room. Challenge every bimbo their with less ba than you by clicking on their name, then (i think it's) "ok". You don't have to make it staked if you don't want to. Keep challenging people and watching the challenges until you win 10. Also post in the challenge request forum topics asking for fun challenges.
