as u will notice it also says something about a tan.............so..............u have to have the max tan possible but its not working right now so ull have to wait and then go the the hair stylist and select the yellow bottle and any hair style...................if u have any other questions feel free to ask i just passed that level like a week ago

with the new changes of hairstyles i can not get the pink bun in level 2 to level up
