Sometimes there is a problems with Allopass. I have sent 6 sms. 5 worked just fine. The last one contains an "invalid code". Yes i'm sure because that happened twice. And yes, i have alert allopass support about that. There is no respond. Yes, i have give them my phone number and both invalid codes and the time and date. And yes, i can afford to lose 2 sms, i'm old enough and pay my bills by my self, but if that happened to a child? It's not a great experience in the world you know ...
I'm writing now just to inform the Developer Team about that. In the end we are their clients, they must know what is happening.

I purchased Bimbo dollars via Allopass before I went on holiday for 2 weeks. When I came back my bimbo had passed away. I had my unused code on my phone from when I purchased them before I went on holiday, I wished to revive my bimbo using the allopass option. I entered my code and no bimbo dollars were entered into my account. I paid using my own bimbo dollars already on my account but was unable to add the dollars to my account using methods once inside the MissBimbo website.
I would therefore like to ask, so Allopass codes expire after X amount of time or was I issued a faulty code.

I purchased bimbo dollars through PayPal and the money came out of my account, yet I am missing the Bimbo dollars. I have sent numerous emails to support and have yet to get a reply. Screw this, I spend my hard earned money only to be ripped off? I purchased $10 dollars worth, and then $1 dollars worth. I am ANGRY, I want my bimbo dollars!

I had the same problem and did as the mods said and emailed over and over again to the support poeple with no answer ever. I finally filed fraud with paypal and they (paypal) refunded money. I will never buy BD again because no one ever could be bothered to respond to my emails. Good luck

That sucks that you had to go through all that to get your money refunded. I had a problem a few weeks ago getting a code through Allopass. I sent emails and was lucky, they sent me a code that worked but it took almost a week. I doubt I'll ever buy BD again. It seems like they have no problems taking your money, but make you jump through hoops to get what you paid for. ugh

I've emailed support 3 times! No reply at all! I either want my BD or my money back. I feel ripped off and I have told a lot of my friends who are on here NEVER to buy BD because it's true, they take your money and make you work to recieve what you paid for!
